At Eva Dots Journals, every order is printed on demand through our fulfillment partner , to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because each product is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, size, or preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure your journal arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Include your order number in your email.

  2. Provide a brief description of the problem.

  3. Attach clear photos of the damage, misprint, or packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been submitted to our printer. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Thank you for understanding that this policy allows us to maintain a sustainable, waste-free printing process.
