Thank you for choosing Eva Dots Journals, where every page is inspired by faith, gratitude, and legacy. Each order is printed and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partner, Lulu Direct, and then processed through our fulfillment center before being delivered to you.

Fulfillment Time

All products are printed on demand, meaning your journal is created especially for you once your order is placed.
Typical fulfillment times are:

  • Paperback Journals: 3–5 business days

  • Hardcover Journals / Bulk Orders: 5–8 business days

  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays), production may take a few extra days.

After printing, orders are routed through our fulfillment center for final processing and packaging, which may add 2–3 additional business days before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Lulu automatically selects the most cost-effective trackable carrier for your order. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 12–25 business days, depending on destination

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

International Orders

Lulu’s global print network allows us to deliver to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on destination, weight, and quantity.
For reference:

  • U.S. Flat Rate (Typical): $4.99 per order

  • Free U.S. Shipping: On orders of $50 or more

  • International Flat Rate: $14.99 per order

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because journals are printed on demand and routed through a fulfillment center, we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
